What is the best way to make a purchase on www.alexcurtains.com.au?
There are some differences between the colours shown on the website and actual colours due to differences in computer monitors. That is why, we recommend you to get swatches of curtain fabrics before placing an order. They cost $2 each (it includes postage). When you place your order, the cost of samples will be fully refunded.
What method do you use for delivery of your products?
We deliver our products Australia wide.
If a courier of the freight company missed you, a redelivery would be at your expense, or you can pick up the parcel from a depot of freight company. Otherwise, you can give authority to leave the parcel at front door. We will not be responsible for loss of goods in this case.
Refunds and returns
How can I return your products?
If You are unsatisfied with the purchase, You can notify us of a problem within 7 days of receipt of the goods and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated delivery cost. Goods must be returned in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. These refund conditions are not applicable to Custom-Made products.
Faults will be dealt with in accordance with our warranty, after this 7 days period.
Custom-Made products are manufactured to fit your window with your unique measurements. That is why, we accept returns of Custom-Made products which were incorrectly made by Alex's curtains & blinds, or have defects.
Alex's curtains & blinds issues a refund, after receiving the returned products. The customer receives a confirmation e-mail.
We are not responsible for a loss or damage of products in returned transit.
What warranty do you offer?
All Alex's curtains & blinds products are covered by a warranty from 1 to 3 years. The date of delivery of the product is the first warranty day.
